Weight Loss for Idiots Scam

Weight Loss for Idiots Scam

Weight Loss for Idiots – Because we all forget sometimes

So we all feel like we could use a little weight loss for idiots sometimes (yes, I realize that it’s a mash up of the complete idiots guide to weight loss and weight loss for dummies). And yes, we all know that we’ve heard over and over again all of the tips for weight loss for idiots, but for some reason they just don’t seem to sink in. So what should we do? Print out a list of all of the tips for weight loss for idiots and hang it on the refrigerator? Possibly. Read all of the books and articles and watch all the videos about weight loss for idiots until you can quote the weight loss for idiots mantra in your sleep? Perhaps. But one thing is for certain; just reading and not doing won’t get you anywhere.

Weight Loss for Idiots; my idea of a health program

My idea of a weight loss (or health program rather)) is one that I think would fit the weight loss for idiots name better than many programs that are currently flying under that banner. I think that the weight loss for idiots program should be a program that is simple, relevant, fun, and doable for the person who is attempting to exercise the program in their life. The weight loss for idiots program as far as I know has not yet been invented as I envision it, which is why I’m going to share it now with you.

Weight Loss for Idiots in the everyday life of America

Weight loss for idiots can be so much fun if you let it. People are always so intimidated by the idea of weight loss for idiots, but it’s really not that hard. The important thing is to make it fun, relevant, and doable for your everyday life. You may be wondering how on earth you are going to make weight loss for idiots practical in your everyday life, but it’s a lot easier than it sounds once you figure out your plan. Your plan should be holistic too, covering your diet and exercise, but also the choices you make throughout the day, choices that many other fitness programs might not really address. So, in addition to taking stock of the way you eat (how much, how often, what kinds of foods, etc.) or your fitness routine, you should consider how much time you spend “vegging” in front of the tv; how often you get outside with your kids, friends, pets, or just yourself; how close you park to store entrances; how often you take the drive through instead of walking in and standing for a while; and even how many devices, appliances, gadgets and machines that make your life easier could be done away with (at least for a time) in favor of making you a more active person.

Weight Loss for Idiots; what I believe it is not

I don’t think weight loss for idiots is about working out at the gym an hour a day (unless you’re on the biggest loser or something). I don’t think it’s about trying to look like the celebrities, or like we’re still teenagers (lets face it, many teenagers aren’t even real about their bodies), and it’s not about being afraid of age  or weight. Skinny and beautiful are not, not, not synonyms! But if you think that you are eating too many pastries and not enough veggies; spending too much time vegging and not enough time playing with your kids, dogs, or friends outside, inside, whatever; or just plain not taking care of the beautiful body you have no matter what size, shape, age, or anything else that it is; well, get up, get thinking and planning, get active, get cooking, get disciplined, get into weight loss for idiots!
